My name is Drew. I’m 27 years old and I currently compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, among many other hobbies. I have also been a fitness and weightlifting enthusiast for over a decade now. I have always believed in the power of prayer and felt compelled to incorporate prayer into all of my athletic endeavors.
Whether I’m maxing out on deadlifts, running an Ironman, or stepping onto the mats to compete, prayer has always been the most important part of my preparation process.
Whenever I pray, I always end the prayer with the following;
“Lord, if it is your will, let me succeed in this, not for my glory, but for Yours”
It was from this prayer that the idea for the NFMG brand was born.
